our upgraded rooms on 20th floor offered unobstructed view of the River. the rooms were comfortable and modern. towels were soft and pure white. we received 2 glass bottled water per day with chocolate at night time. breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits and variety of cheese. coffee was aromatic and freshly brewed. croissants were mouth watering. most important of all, Myriad Hotel has a professional team of staff at all levels. Chloe of customer relation emailed us prior to our departure to ask for our specific time of arrival. she actually prepared the rooms and granted us early check ins! we really appreciated this exceptional service as we were exhausted from the flight. the Management staff and team were most helpful in making our stay comfortable. Paulo gave us solid advices re tour of the Castles. the restaurant multilingual team members worked well together. they delivered attentive and seamless services. our 4 night stay at this outstanding architectural design hotel was most memorable. highly recommend.

Excellent location, near the convention center in Lisbon around 10-12 minutes walk. The walking to the center was a pleasure by its own. In addition the hotel is adjacent to the Lisbon telecabin and walking distance from nice restaurants near the beach. Also it’s walking distance from Vasco Da Gama shopping mall. Our room with sea and city view, a bit small but comfy. I liked that they would always make sure that there is enough still water in the room; the house keeping clean and check the rooms twice/day! The staff in the reception were nice and helpful and the lady in the restaurant Ms. Sophia was really nice and welcoming. The bill boys were also helpful. Everyone and everything was fantastic ! The room was very clean and with enough facilities. The breakfast was magnificent. The view of Tagus river was vey beautiful . What I loved most is 2 things: the first is the extraordinary staff , starting with the reception , the room service, the staff at the restaurant during the breakfast, the staff at the entrance of the hotel, their kindness, always smiling and assisting, and highly qualified, The second thing, which I consider as precious is the quietness of the room.

It is one of the loveliest Hotels I have ever stayed in, the Staff were outstanding, all friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming. Despite being a large hotel, one was made to feel welcome even before arrival, with frequent communications and contact. You were greeted in a lovely fashion by all staff at all times, with genuine friendliness and interest. The rooms were lovely, and the cleanliness excellent. Everything was efficient and well maintained, tables were cleared rapidly, food replaced in good time, and nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. Service was personal and efficient. A fabulous experience.

Staff was extremely helpful with small problems discovered upon checking in and during the stay. Breakfast was very good, although little changes with the assortiment wouldn't hurt (especially for people who stay there longer than 1 week). The restaurant staff would benefit from extra training to notice what really needed and not just making polite smiles and greetings. The front desk staff was very helpful, and I really appreciated opportunity to Whatsapp them with any request. Valet service exceptional as well. Liked a lot the evening service, when you come to your room, and it is ready for you with small but visible touches (even though morning service was done already).
